Identifying a WordPress Hack

I found my site but Google’s cache showed a load of spam in the site. The cache shows a pharma keyword stuffed website but I’ve never added any of that text to the site. And what’s funny is that there are no links to any other website. Just a bunch of keyword stuffing.
