Automated Query Banning by Google

“I have a tool that I developed which is browser based and queries Google for allinanchor, allintext and allintitle for the top ten SERP results for a given keyword. For the last five years it has worked fine but Google is now getting more aggressive and banning my IPs almost immediately. I have tried private proxies, using delays with the queries, but Google keeps banning them.”
