Matt Cutts: Google Algorithm Change Launched

Last week, Google’s Matt Cutts was talking about an algorithm change that would try to address low quality content in the SERPs – especially content farms, with a side helping of scraper sites.Today Matt announced on Hacker News that a new algo had been pushed live “rank scraper sites or sites with less original content lower”. Is that the same thing as content farms?
