Toolbar for IE8 Buries PageRank Indicator

As of today I’ve noticed that the PR indicator is now only accessible via a ‘More’ link, and cannot be dragged onto the main display. Also, although the little green bar still works, the mouseover alt text that displayed the PR number is gone.
